摘要
编辑力是编辑主体核心素养的集结与汇聚,是主体创造性劳动的关键引领,是主体内在修炼与综合能力的集中体现。厘清编辑力与编辑含量的关系,对明确编辑力的内涵、推进编辑学范畴建设等具有重要意义。多维变革语境下,编辑主体要顺应社会精神文化产品生产发展要求,掌握编辑活动规律,适时实现身份转型,从创造力、阅读力、数据力、经营力等方面不断提升,壮大编辑力,精心打造精品力作,优化精神文化产品生产。
Editorial force is the aggregation and convergence of the core qualities of the editor,the key guide of the creative work of the editor,the concentrated embodiment of the inner practice and comprehensive ability of the editor.To clarify the relationship between editorial force and editing content is of great significance for grasping the category system of editorial force.In the context of multi-dimensional change,the editor should conform to the requirements of the production and development of social spiritual and cultural products,master the rules of editing activities,and realize the transformation of identity in time.Editorial subject needs to improve and strengthen the editorial force from the aspects of creativity,reading ability,data ability and management ability,so as to create excellent works and optimize the production of spiritual cultural products.
