摘要
以前沿科研成果结合笔者的研究领域设计了一个针对应用化学专业本科生的综合创新性实验——双官能团配体Zhaophos的制备及其在Rh催化3-乙酰氨基丙烯酸甲酯不对称氢化反应中的应用。实验内容包括双官能团配体Zhaophos的制备及表征,考察Zhaophos-Rh催化3-乙酰氨基丙烯酸甲酯的活性(包括反应活性和立体选择性),构建Zhaophos-Rh催化模型。本实验将均相不对称催化氢化前沿研究成果引入本科生教学实验,综合考查了学生的基础有机化学知识和实验操作技能,强化了学生对手性化学的认识,同时教授学生综合运用化学知识合理设计手性配体的理念,激发了学生的创新意识,提高了学生的实验兴趣。
A comprehensive and innovative experiment,asymmetric hydrogenation of methyl(Z)-3-actetamido-3-substituted acrylate by bifunctional catalyst Zhaophos-Rh,has been designed for the senior undergraduate in department of applied chemistry.The experiment includes synthesis and characterization of Zhaophos,research on the structure-activity relationship of Zhaophos-Rh in catalyzing methyl(Z)-3-actetamido-3-substituted acrylate,and construction of the catalytic model.This experiment can not only examine students’basic organic chemistry knowledge and experimental operation skills,deepen students’understanding of chiral chemistry,but also teach them how to design bifunctional catalysts by comprehensively using the knowledge of basic organic chemistry and metal coordination chemistry.It is very good to increase students’experimental interests and greatly stimulate their sense of innovation.
