摘要
引入通勤个体主观期望和态度偏好视角下的理想通勤时间,并与实际通勤时间作比较,旨在从通勤个体的认知层面来揭示通勤时间失调对通勤满意度的影响。对昆明市区内352名通勤人员进行问卷调查,并对数据进行非参数检验和多元回归模型分析。结果表明:(1)相比实际通勤时间的群体异质特征,理想通勤时间则存在群体趋同性;通勤距离失调对通勤时间失调存在显著影响,通勤距离失调越大,通勤时间失调也越大。(2)通勤时间失调与通勤满意度显著负相关,相对通勤时间协调组,通勤时间重度失调组的通勤满意度最低,通勤时间轻度失调组的通勤满意度居中。出行方式是通勤时间失调和通勤满意度的关键解释变量,慢行交通方式(步行与骑行)的通勤时间最协调,通勤满意度最高;而公交的通勤时间失调最严重,通勤满意度最低。小汽车的通勤时间失调和通勤满意度均不容乐观。
In order to reveal the influence of commuting time dissonance on commuting satisfaction,the ideal commuting time from the perspective of commuters’subjective expectation and attitude preference was introduced,then compared it with the actual commuting time.An empirical study of 352 commuters in Kunming was conducted,the results of non-parametric statistical test showed that the ideal commuting time has group homogeneity compared with the group heterogeneity characteristics of actual commuting time;the commuting distance dissonance and the mode of transportation have a significant influence on the dissonance of commuting time,the greater the commuting distance dissonance,the greater the commuting time dissonance.The results of multiple regression models showed that commuting time dissonance was negatively correlated with commuting satisfaction,while relative to the group of commuting time coordination,the group of severe dissonance has the lowest satisfaction degree,the group of mild dissonance has the second satisfaction degree.Travel mode is a key explanatory variable for commuting time dissonance and commute satisfaction.Active commute mode users have the most commuting time coordinate and their satisfaction is the highest,while the extent of commuting dissonance of the public transport users is the most serious and their satisfaction is the lowest.For car users,their commuting time dissonance and commuting satisfaction are not optimistic.
