摘要
为研究极地小型邮轮的主要板架结构(船底板、内底板、舷侧外板、甲板)的结构冗余度,基于极限承载力的过载法对极地小型邮轮进行结构冗余度分析.通过极地小型邮轮的总体强度、局部强度分析,将筛选出各类板架结构的最危险位置作为其结构冗余度的研究对象.采用非线性(ABAQUS准静态分析法)和线性有限元计算方法分别计算完整/损伤结构模型的极限承载力及最大工作应力,统计板架结构的不同损伤模式(腹板大变形和腹板断裂两种损伤模式)对极限承载力和最大工作应力的影响率,计算出极地小型邮轮板架在两种损伤模式下的结构冗余度,取其小者作为最后的板架结构冗余度.
In order to study the structural redundancy of several main frame structures(bottom plate,inner bottom plate,side outer plate and deck)of the polar small cruise ship,an overload method based on ultimate bearing capacity was established to analyze its structural redundancy.Based on the analysis of the overall strength and the local strength of the polar small cruise ship,the most dangerous positions of all kinds of plate and frame structures are selected as the research objects of their structural redundancy.The ultimate bearing capacity and the maximum working stress of the complete/damage structure model are calculated by nonlinear finite element method and linear finite element method respectively,the impact of two damage modes(web large deformation and web fracture)on the ultimate bearing capacity and maximum working stress are analyzed,and the smaller redundancy under these damage modes is taken as the redundancy of the frame structure.
