摘要 针对传统调速系统采用端子控制和面板操控方式不宜远程调试、控制和监视等问题,设计基于工业互联网的变频器远程监控系统,以TM241 PLC为控制器,采用Modbus RTU通信实现变频器本地控制,同时利用工业网关采集PLC数据,通过MQTT上传到汉云工业互联网平台,进行云组态及工业APP发布,不仅实现了电机启停及调速控制,并可对变频器参数进行远程监测,大大降低了调试及维护成本,而且为多台变频器远程联调控制奠定基础,具有实际使用和推广价值。 In view of the problems that the traditional speed regulation system which adopts terminal control and panel control mode is not suitable for remote debugging,control and monitoring,a frequency converter remote monitoring system based on industrial Internet is designed.TM241CEC24T PLC is used as the controller,the local control of the frequency converter is realized through Modbus RTU communication.At the same time,data is collected by industrial gateway and uploaded to Hanyun industrial Internet platform through MQTT protocol,The cloud configuration and industrial app release not only realize the motor start-up,stop and speed regulation control,but also remotely monitor the frequency converter parameters,greatly reduce the commissioning and maintenance cost,but also lay the foundation for the remote joint commissioning and control of multiple frequency converters,which has practical use and promotion value.
