摘要
[目的/意义]旨在研究国家形象在域外媒体中的“映像”,优化国家形象对外传播策略。[方法/过程]结合情报理论知识,以扶贫为例,研究国家形象映射过程,采用内容分析法,定量和定性分析境外代表性媒体对中国扶贫的报道。[结果/结论]国外媒体关注我国的扶贫,报道内容与特定的时间节点关联较大,国外媒体多采用原创的方式、延伸话题的形式进行报道,报道视角多为政治视角,报道立场以中立和友好为主,但也有少量媒体牵强地将扶贫与民族问题关联起来,持恶意的态度。对外宣传过程中,需要创新与境外媒体的合作方式,丰富传播视角,优化讲故事的方式,加强对关键事实的披露,以此使“中国行动”与“中国声音”相得益彰,使国家形象客观呈现。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study the“image”of national image in foreign media to optimize the external communication strategy of national image.[Method/process]This paper studies the process of national image mapping combined with intelligence theory and taking poverty alleviation for example and quantitatively and qualitatively analyzes the reports of overseas representative media on China’s poverty alleviation by content analysis method.[Result/conclusion]Foreign media pay attention to China’s poverty alleviation and the contents of reports are closely related to specific time nodes.Foreign media mostly report in the form of original ways and extended topics.The reporting perspectives are mostly political and the reporting positions are mainly neutral and friendly.However there are a few media that link poverty alleviation with ethnic issues farfetchedly and hold a malicious attitude.In the process of external publicity it is necessary to innovate the ways of cooperation with overseas media enrich the communication perspectives optimize the ways of telling stories and strengthen the disclosure of key facts so as to make“China Action”and“China Voice”complement each other and present the national image objectively.
