摘要
SRX聚合物是一种柔性基层材料稳定剂。采用重型击实方法确定SRX聚合物级配碎石的最佳含水率与最大干密度;以加州承载比(CBR)值为强度评价指标,分析级配类型、SRX聚合物掺量、养生龄期及相对含水率对SRX聚合物级配碎石强度的影响规律。研究结果表明:密级配JGCBR值较间断级配GM高,且随SRX掺量和养生龄期增加而增大;SRX聚合物掺量增加,其间接抗拉强度也随之增大;同时得到相对含水率Δω与相对强度R_(泡)/R_(干)的变化规律,并给出两者函数关系式。
SRX polymer is a kind of stabilizer for flexible base material.The best moisture content and maximum dry density of SRX polymer graded crushed stone were determined by heavy compaction method.Taking the California bearing ratio(CBR)value as the strength evaluation index,the influence law of grading type,SRX polymer content,curing age and relative water content on the strength of SRX polymer graded crushed stone was analyzed.The results show that the JG CBR value of dense grade is higher than that of intermittent grade GM,and increases with the increase of SRX content and curing age.The indirect tensile strength increases with the increase of SRX polymer content.Meanwhile,the variation law of relative water content“Δω”and the relative strength R _(bubble)/R _(dry) is obtained and the functional relationship between them is given.
