数字化视域下科技信息服务对校企协同创新效率的影响机制研究——基于SD模型的演化分析 被引量:1

摘要 数字化视域下,科技信息服务对校企协同创新效率的影响呈现出系统性、动态性、集成性等新的特征。通过系统动力学模型分维度对科技信息服务的演化趋势进行描述,探索科技信息服务对校企协同创新效率的影响机制。结果显示:科技信息服务是信息服务支持系统、知识共享保障系统、主体优势集成系统和创新成果转化系统的作用集合;科技信息服务能力具有周期波动性增长趋势,数字技术建设投入具有较稳定的规模报酬不变特性,而数据环境支撑能力体现出了阶段敏感性特性;科技信息服务能力对主体协同创新效应的驱动作用最为明显,而区域技术创新能力对数据环境支撑能力的反应最为敏感。因此,在数字化视域下,应强化科技信息服务对校企协同创新在信息支持、优势协同、知识共享、成果转化等方面的系统化作用,通过数字技术建设投入和数据环境支撑能力的保障措施,提升校企协同创新效率。 From the digitalization perspective, the influence mechanism of science and technology information service on the efficiency of university-enterprise collaborative innovation presents the new characteristics such as systematicness, dynamics and integration. The evolution trend of science and technology information service from the multiple dimensions would be described, and the influence mechanism of science and technology on the efficiency of university-enterprise collaborative innovation would be explored. The results show as follows: the science and technology information service is considered as the function set of information service support system, knowledge sharing guarantee system, multiple agents advantage integration system and innovation achievement transformation system. The science and technology information service capacity has a trend of the periodic fluctuation growth, the digital technology construction input has a relatively stable characteristics of the constant returns to scale, and the digital environment support capacity shows a stage sensitivity feature. The scientific and technological information service capability is the most obviously driving on the collaborative innovation effect, while the regional technological innovation capability is the most sensitive to the digital environment support capability. Therefore, from the perspective of digitalization, it is necessary to strengthen the systematic role of the scientific and technological information services in the aspects of information support, advantage collaboration, knowledge sharing, achievement transformation. And the efficiency of university-enterprise collaborative innovation would be improved by the measures of digital technology construction input and digital environment support capacity.
