摘要
水资源的跨地区调度,能够实现全国范围内水资源的统一调配,缓解中国西部、北部等内陆地区水资源匮乏的情况。针对长距离输水需要解决输水渠各段水量均衡性的问题,确保长距离调水的安全性和经济性,将超声波流量计应用到水量监控管理当中。超声波流量计以多普勒效应为设计原理,通过多次分析和计算频率差来精确确定当前的水量,为水资源的综合调度提供数据上的支撑。超声波流量计的应用,首先能够缓解当前面临策略技术人员短缺的情况,降低由于增加测量点而提高的成本;其次在策略准确性方面超声波流量计更高;最后在综合采购成本和操作使用便捷性等方面也更有优势。
The cross-regional regulation of water resource helps to achieve nationwide unified allocation of water resource and alleviate water resource shortage in inland regions like northern and western China.In the long-distance water transmission,the problem of water amount balance in each section of water transmission channel needs to be solved by applying ultrasonic flowmeter to water monitoring and management,so as to ensure the security and economical efficiency of long-distance water transmission.Based on the design principle of Doppler Effect,ultrasonic flowmeter can accurately determine the current water quantity through multiple analysis and calculation of frequency difference,so as to provide data support for the comprehensive scheduling of water resource.The application of ultrasonic flowmeter,first of all,can alleviate the current shortage of strategic technical personnel and reduce the cost due to the increase of measurement points.Additionally,ultrasonic flowmeter has higher strategic accuracy and more advantageous in the comprehensive procurement cost and operation convenience.
