摘要
水库大坝的安全运行关系着群众生命财产安全,是中国重要的民生项目,随着现代科学技术及理念的快速发展,对水库大坝的安全鉴定也更加先进与可靠。改进的AHP-Fuzzy在水库大坝安全鉴定中发挥重要作用,为水库大坝除险加固工作提供可靠支持。文章以白盆珠水库为例,构建安全评价体系,通过改进的AHP-Fuzzy对各级指标的权重进行确定,对除险加固进行评价,判断水库大坝的安全性。通过安全鉴定及时了解水库大坝的安全性,在各项指标的权重分析下确定影响水库大坝安全的关键因素,然后提出针对性的加固措施。改进的AHP-Fuzzy在应用中优势明显,能及时了解不同指标对水库大坝安全的影响,利用模糊关系矩阵综合评价其安全性。未来对水库大坝安全鉴定工作依然是水库日常管理工作的重点,需利用好改进的AHP-Fuzzy,提升安全鉴定的可靠性。
The safe operation of reservoir dams concernsthe safety of people’s life and property.It is an important livelihood project in China.With the rapid development of modern science and technology and concepts,the safety appraisal of reservoir dams has become more advanced and reliable.The improved AHP-Fuzzy plays an important role in the safety appraisal of reservoir dams.On the basis of ensuring the reliability of safety appraisal,it can provide reliable support for the reinforcement of reservoir dams.Taking Baipenzhu Reservoir as an example,a safety evaluation systemisconstructed in this article.Through the improved AHP-fuzzy,the weight of each index is determined,the reinforcement isevaluatedand the safety of reservoir dam is judged.Through safety appraisal,the safety of the reservoir dam is timely understood.Based on the weight analysis of each index,the key factors affecting the safety of the reservoir dam are determined,and the corresponding reinforcement measures are put forward.The improved AHP-Fuzzy has obvious advantages in application.It can understand the impact of different indicators on the safety of reservoirdam in time and evaluate its safety comprehensively by Fuzzy relation matrix.In the future,the safety appraisal of reservoir dam will still be the focus of the daily management of reservoir.It is necessary to make good use of the improved AHP-Fuzzy to improve the reliability of safety appraisal.
