摘要
针对河道、湖泊等自然水体藻类爆发问题,对凹凸棒石黏土进行Al改性,以提高其除藻效果,并通过SEM,XRD,FT-IR,XRF对Al改性凹凸棒石黏土进行表征。考察Al改性凹凸棒石黏土投加量、沉淀时间、初始搅拌速度及pH等因素对除藻效果的影响,以及改性前后黏土颗粒的表面电位变化。结果表明,当叶绿素a初始质量浓度为325μg/L,Al改性凹凸棒石黏土投加量为60 mg/L、初始搅拌速度为372.5 r/min、沉淀时间为1 h、pH为6.7时,经处理后水样叶绿素a剩余质量浓度可达到湖泊轻富营养化标准。研究表明,Al包裹在凹凸棒石黏土表面形成了带正电性的改性凹凸棒石黏土,通过电中和作用,使藻类脱稳聚集,并以凹凸棒石黏土为凝聚核共同沉淀。
Aiming at the problem of algal blooms in natural water bodies such as rivers and lakes,Al-modified attapulgite clay was carried out to improve its algae removal effect.The Al-modified attapulgite clay was characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and XRF.The effects of Al-modified attapulgite clay dosage,precipitation time,initial stirring speed and pH on the algae removal effect were investigated,as well as the surface potential changes of clay particles before and after modification.The results showed that when the initial mass concentration of chlorophyll a was 325μg/L,the dosage of Al-modified attapulgite clay was 60 mg/L,the initial stirring speed was 372.5 r/min,the precipitation time was 1 h,and the pH was 6.7,the residual concentration of chlorophyll a in the treated water samples can reach the light eutrophication standard of lakes.Al was wrapped on the surface of attapulgite clay to form a positively charged modified attapulgite clay,which destabilized and aggregated algae through electric neutralization,and co-precipitated with attapulgite clay as a cohesive nucleus.
