摘要
微RNA(miRNA/miR)-7家族是进化上高度保守的miRNA,在胰脏中高表达且特异性表达于胰岛。其能够通过靶标基因和下游信号通路参与调控胰岛β细胞分化生长、增殖、胞吐作用以及胰岛素分泌。miR-7表达异常会导致2型糖尿病发生发展,向胰岛β细胞转染miR-7具有应用于干细胞疗法治疗2型糖尿病的潜在价值。此外,血清miR-7与胰岛β细胞数量和胰岛素水平密切相关,且具有特异性和稳定性的特点,可作为2型糖尿病临床早期诊断和预后评估的生物标志物,具有重要的病理生理学意义。
MicroRNA(miRNA/miR)-7 family are revolutionarily highly conserved miRNA,which are highly expressed in the pancreas and specifically expressed in the islets.It participates in regulating differentiation and growth,proliferation,exocytosis and insulin secretion of pancreatic isletβcells by targeting genes and downstream signaling pathway.In addition,abnormal expression of miR-7 could result in the occurrence and progress of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Transfecting miR-7 to isletβcells could be used in stem cell therapy to treat T2DM.In addition,serum miR-7 is closely related to the quantity of isletβcells and insulin level and has the advantage of specificity and stability,and could be used as a biomarker for the early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of T2DM with great pathophysiological significance.
