基于模糊控制的高压直流输电控制策略改进研究 被引量:18

摘要 针对国际大电网会议提出的高压直流输电标准测试系统(CIGRE HVDC benchmark model)中的线性低压限流环节(voltage dependent current order limiter,VDCOL)的线性变化灵敏性不足、PI控制器参数单一的问题。利用模糊控制的思想,以误差和误差的偏差作为模糊控制的输入量,经过模糊推理、精确化后输出控制信号,将PI和VDCOL改进成基于模糊控制的控制器。利用MATLAB fuzzy工具箱实现模糊控制规则后,应用于高压直流输电标准测试系统。在MATLAB/SIMULINK经过正常工况、单相接地、三相接地故障3种工况仿真后,对比直流传输电路中点的直流电压、直流电流、关断角后得出仿真结论:在模糊VDCOL和模糊PI联合控制下,能有效抑制连续换相失败;逆变侧发生故障后的恢复效果优于传统控制。 This paper explores insufficient linear change sensitivity of VDCOL(voltage dependent current order limiter)and unicity of PI controller parameters in the CIGRE HVDC Benchmark Model as proposed by CICRE.Using the idea of fuzzy control,PI and VDCOL are improved into the fuzzy control controller by taking the error and error deviation as the input of fuzzy control,and the output control signal after fuzzy reasoning and refinement.After the fuzzy control rules are realized by fuzzy toolbox of MATLAB,they are applied to the HVDC standard test system.After simulating with MATLAB/SIMULINK in three working conditions,such as normal working condition,singlephase grounding fault and three-phase grounding fault,and comparing the DC voltage,DC current and turn-off angle at the midpoint of the DC transmission circuit,the simulation conclusion is drawn:under the combined control of fuzzy VDCOL and fuzzy PI,the continuous commutation failure can be effectively suppressed;and the recovery effect is better than that of the traditional control after the inverter fails.
