摘要
本研究中的患者患有慢性肾功能不全,通过自身的诊治经历,认为病情复杂是大方复法的根据,并指出大方复法治疗本病具有一定的意义,违背医嘱系病情演变的因素,守法守方乃取得良好疗效的关键。以西医坚持基础治疗与中医坚持辨证施治相结合,终于宏观症状消失或减轻,微观检查指标改善,因而认为治疗本病时中西医结合有其优越性。
The corresponding author himself suffered from chronic renal insufficiency.Through his diagnosis and treatment experience,he believes that the complex condition is the application basis of classic prescriptions plus other important medicines,and points out that its on the disease has a certain significance.Violation of doctor’s advice is a factor of disease evolution,and compliance with treatment methods and prescriptions is the key to good effects.Based on combining Western medicine basic treatment with TCM syndrome differentiation,the macroscopic symptoms disappeared or alleviated finally,and the microscopic examination indicators ameliorated.Therefore,it is believed that the combination of TCM and Western medicine has its advantages in treating the disease.
