摘要
目的:系统评价小续命汤治疗急性缺血性中风的疗效,为临床提供循证参考。方法:计算机检索中文数据库中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库,外文数据库PubMed、EMbase和Cochrane Libraries,获得所有小续命汤治疗急性缺血性中风的临床随机对照试验,由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10项研究,共有768例患者,其中8项研究对有效率进行了评定,5项研究对神经功能缺损评分进行了评定,6项研究对日常生活能力进行了评定。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分显著低于对照组,改良日常生活能力Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:小续命汤治疗急性缺血性中风疗效可,能明显改善患者的神经功能缺损程度、提高日常生活活动能力。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of the Xiaoxuming decoction(小续命汤)on acute ischemic stroke,so as to provide evidence-based reference for clinical practice.Methods:In Chinese databases such as CBM database,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database,and foreign databases such as PubMed,EMbase and Cochrane Libraries,all the clinical randomized controlled trials of treating acute ischemic stroke with the Xiaoxuming decoction were retrieved.Two researchers independently screened the relevant literature,extracted the data and evaluated the bias risk of the included study,and a Meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 10 studies with 768 cases were included in this paper.Among them,8 studies evaluated the total efficiency,5 studies evaluated the neurological deficit score,and 6 studies evaluated the ability of daily living.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the NIHSS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the BI score in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant.Conclusion:The Xiaoxuming decoction has good curative effects on acute ischemic stroke,can significantly ameliorate the degree of neurological impairment,and improve patients’abilities of daily living.
