摘要
目的 探讨PBL教学法在中医外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 将2019年12月-2020年7月分配至河南中医药大学第一附属医院中医外科内设的肛肠科、周围血管科、皮肤科、乳腺科轮转规培的专业学位研究生48名随机分为PBL教学组(实验组)24名和传统教学组(对照组)24名。实习结束后,比较2组的中医外科学理论知识及技能操作水平,并采用调查问卷的方法比较2组学生对于不同教学方法的教学效果的评价。结果 实验组理论知识及技能操作能力高于对照组(P<0.05),绝大多数学生认为应用PBL教学能提高自学能力、提高学习兴趣、培养临床思维能力等。结论 PBL教学法更适合于中医外科的临床教学。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 48 postgraduates who were assigned to traditional Chinese medicine surgery department consisted of the department of anorectal, peripheral vascular, dermatology and mammary gland in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into PBL teaching group(n = 24) and traditional teaching group(n= 24). After the practice, we tested whether there were significant differences in the theoretical knowledge and skill operation level of traditional Chinese medicine surgery between the two groups of graduate students, and used the method of questionnaire to compare the two groups of students’ evaluation on the teaching effect of teachers’ different teaching methods. Results the theoretical knowledge and skill operation ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The vast majority of students think that the application of PBL teaching can improve the ability of self-study, improve the interest in learning, cultivate the ability of clinical thinking and so on. Conclusion PBL teaching is more suitable for clinical teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.
