摘要
目的 探讨Mini-CEX测评在本科规培医师培养中的应用与价值。方法 选取2018年1月—2019年1月上海长海医院新入职的30名本科规培医师,应用长海医院版Mini-CEX测评量表对受训医师进行评估,每名规培医师受训期间共接受4次考核,经过Mini-CEX考核,受训医师总结自身不足,有针对性地调整改进,以提高临床思维能力及临床技能。结果末次Mini-CEX各测评项目成绩显著高于初次(P<0.05),教师和受训医师满意度均达90%以上。结论 Mini-CEX是一种方便易行、成效显著的测评工具,在本科医师规范化培训的教学和考核中具有优势和可操作性,并值得推广。
Objective To discuss the applicat ion and value of Mini-CEX in training undergraduate standardized training physician.Methods 30 new undergraduate standardized training physician from Shanghai Changhai Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019were selected. The Mini-CEX scale of Changhai Hospital wan used to evaluate the undergraduate standardized training physician,each trainer was assessed four times during the training period,through the examination,the trainers can summarize their own shortcomings,make targeted adjustments and improvements to improve their clinical ability and clinical skills. Results The last achievement was significantly higher than the first(P< 0.05),the teachers and the undergraduate regular trainers achieved over 90% satisfaction with 120 tests. Conclusion Mini-CEX,is a convenient and effective measurement tool,which is advantages and maneuverability in the teaching and examination of undergraduate standardized training physician,and is worthy of promotion.
