摘要
以某铁路顺层深路堑工点大规模桩身开裂病害为例,通过设计核查、取芯验证、破桩检查、检查施工及监理记录等方法,验证影响锚固桩质量的各种因素。最终,确定桩身开裂原因是:在较完整基岩开挖施工中采用较大冲击能的深孔爆破方式的爆破能量传导至锚固桩上导致产生大规模桩身裂缝,根据病害现状,提出整治方案。
Taking the large-scale cracking disease on piles at a worksite of bedding deep cutting of the railway as an example, the methods, such as design review, core-drilling verification, pile-breaking inspection, checking records of construction and supervision, were used to check various factors affecting the pile quality. Finally the reason of pile cracking was determined that, in the excavation of bedrock complete relatively, the blasting energy from deep hole blasting with large impact energy transmitted to the anchoring piles causes large-scale cracking on the piles. The treatment scheme was proposed according to the status quo of the disease.
