果蔬中苦参碱残留含量的固相萃取-液相色谱测定法

摘要 目的建立固相萃取作为样品前处理,联合高效液相色谱测定果蔬中苦参碱残留含量的分析方法。方法果蔬样品经提取剂乙腈水混合溶液(7∶3,V/V)处理,混合型阳离子固相萃取柱净化,以ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱分离,采用高效液相色谱法测定,外标法定量。结果苦参碱在浓度为0.1~10 mg/kg范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.9996,平均回收率为80.1%~102.0%,相对标准偏差为2.64%~4.59%(n=6),检出限为0.02 mg/kg。结论该方法简便、高效,满足果蔬中苦参碱残留的快速分析要求。 Objective To establish an analysis method for the determination of matrine residue in fruits and vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography with a sample pretreatment by solid phase extraction.Methods The samples of fruits and vegetables were extracted by acetonitrile and water mixed solution(7∶3,V/V),purified by mixed cationic solid phase extraction column,separated on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column,finally detected by high performance liquid chromatography and quantified with matrixmatched external standards.Results There was good linearity in the mrine concentration range of 0.1-10 mg/kg,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9996.The average recovery rates were 80.1%-102.0%,relative standard deviations were 2.64%-4.59%(n=6),and the detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/kg.Conclusion The method is simple and efficient,which is meets the requirements of rapid analysis of matrine residues in fruits and vegetables.
