单相智能电能表现场检测与寿命评估 被引量:1

摘要 文章针对现场使用中已经达到设计使用寿命的单相智能电能表,选取使用环境不同的多个现场网点,采用现场校验仪、现场检定装置、精密稳定电源等设备对运行中的单相智能电能表进行现场误差检测、现场日计时检测、现场电量比对等测试;然后将单相智能电能表拆回实验室在参比条件下通过电能表检定装置进行检测。将两种测试数据和单相智能电能表挂网前的测试数据进行比对,分析单相智能电能表在达到设计使用寿命后各项功能的衰减情况,评估单相智能电能表继续延寿运行的可靠性。通过对测试数据的分析表明,可对达到使用寿命的智能电能表进行适当延期,但延期的时间要根据智能电能表不同的安装使用环境分别进行评估。 For single-phase smart meters which have reached the designed service life in the field,this paper selects multiple on-site sites with different typical environments,the on-site calibrator,on-site verification device,precision and stable power supplier and other equipments are used to measure on-site error detection,on-site daily time detection,on-site power comparison and other tests on the operation of single-phase smart meter.Then,the single-phase smart meters are taken back to the laboratory and tested by the electricity meter verification device under the reference conditions.Two kinds of test data are compared with the test data before the single-phase smart meters are connected to the network to analyze the attenuation of various functions of the single-phase smart meter after reaching the designed life,and evaluate the reliability of single-phase smart meter for continuous life extension operation.The analysis of the test data shows that the smart meter that has reached the service life can be appropriately extended,but the extension time should be evaluated separately according to the different installation and use environments of the smart meter.
