摘要
本文运用文献资料、数据分析等研究方法,对长三角体育公共服务一体化平台构建的可行性进行了分析。主要结论:该地区体育公共服务资源较为丰富,但存在一定的区域差异。国家区域发展战略、长三角体育公共服务体系的建设及该地区居民体育信息需求等方面都说明建设该平台非常必要。一体化政策、体育公共服务资源、用户需求、政府合作机制完善、技术条件成熟等都为平台建设增强了可行性。建议:吸引多方主体参与平台建设,整合现有相关平台资源;科学确定试点城市率先建设,逐步覆盖长三角所有城市;与其他公共服务项目平台联动,促进长三角区域公共服务一体化高质量发展。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of building an integrated platform for sports public services in the Yangtze River Delta region by means of literature review and data analysis. Main conclusions: The sports public service resources are relatively rich in this region, but there are some regional differences. The national regional development strategy, the construction of public sports service system in Yangtze River Delta and the demand of residents for sports information prove that it is very necessary to constructing the integrated platform. The feasibility of the platform construction can be enhanced by integration policies, sports public service resources, demands of potential platform users, the perfection of government cooperation mechanism and the maturing of technical conditions. Suggestions: we should attract multiple parties to participate in the platform construction and integrate existing related sport platform resources. We should select the pilot cities which take lead in the platform construction scientifically and spread to all the cities in the Yangtze River Delta gradually. We should link this platform with other public service project platforms to promote high-quality development of the regional public service integration in Yangtze River Delta region.
