摘要
目的:探讨窝沟封闭术联合科学饮食指导防治儿童龋齿的疗效。方法:将本院2017年3月至2020年5月期间患龋齿倾向的100例儿童按照计算机分组法分为对照组49例,给予窝沟封闭术干预,观察组51例在对照组基础上给予科学饮食指导干预,观察两组封闭剂涂层保留情况、龋齿发生情况、患龋情况和疼痛程度、术后并发症。结果:干预后,观察组封闭剂涂层保留率(86.27%)高于对照组(67.35%)(P<0.05);观察组患龋率(11.76%)低于对照组(30.61%)(P<0.05);观察组龋均值、龋面均值以及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(3.92%)低于对照组(18.36%)(P<0.05)。结论:窝沟封闭术联合科学饮食指导防治具有患龋倾向的儿童可提高封闭剂涂层保留率,改善患龋情况,进而降低龋齿患病率,还可减少术后并发症。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of pit and fissure sealing combined with scientific diet guidance to prevent and treat children's dental caries.Methods:100 children with dental caries tendency from March 2017 to May 2020 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the computerized grouping method.Pit and fissure sealing intervention was given in the control group(49 cases),and 51 cases in the observation group were given scientific dietary guidance and intervention on the basis of the control group.The retention of sealant coating,the occurrence of dental caries,the degree of dental caries and pain,and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the retention rate of the sealant coating in the observation group(86.27%)was higher than that of the control group(67.35%)(P<0.05);The caries rate in the observation group(11.76%)was lower than that in the control group(30.61%)(P<0.05);the observation group's mean caries,caries area and pain visual analog score(VAS)levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate of the observation group(3.92%)was lower than that of the control group(18.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Pit and fissure sealing combined with scientific dietary guidance to prevent and treat children with caries tendency can increase the retention rate of sealant coating,improve caries,thereby reducing the prevalence of caries and reducing postoperative complications.
