淋病奈瑟菌137株对5种抗菌药物的耐药性结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解本院泌尿生殖道淋病奈瑟菌的感染情况,并对其常用抗菌药物的耐药性进行分析,以指导临床合理用药,并为本院淋病防控提供依据。方法回顾性收集并分析本院2012年1月-2020年12月分离的137株淋病奈瑟菌对青霉素、头孢曲松、环丙沙星、四环素和大观霉素等5种常见抗菌药物的耐药情况,其中药敏试验采用K-B法,对所获数据采用SPSS 24.0进行χ^(2)检验。结果2012年1月-2020年12月淋病奈瑟菌的年分离率整体呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=90.342,P<0.05)。2012-2020年淋病奈瑟菌对青霉素、头孢曲松、环丙沙星的耐药率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)分别=6.40、12.48、8.71,P>0.05);对四环素的耐药率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.11,P<0.05);到目前为止没有出现对大观霉素耐药的菌株。结论淋病奈瑟菌对青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星耐药性极高,这3种药已不再适用于临床治疗用药,头孢菌素类及大观霉素仍可作为临床上治疗淋病的选择。 Objective To understand Neisseria gonorrhoeae in patients with genitourinary tract infection and analyse the resistance to common antibiotics,to guide the clinical rational drug use and provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of gonorrhea.Methods Retrospectively collected and analyzed the drug resistance of 137 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolated from Tangdu hospital from January 2012 to December 2020.The drug sensitivity test was taken using K-B method and the statistical analysis was taken in SPSS 24.0.Results The annual isolation rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae showed an overall upward trend from January 2012 to December 2020,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=90.342,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the resistance rates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to penicillin,ceftriaxone,and ciprofloxacin(χ^(2)=6.40,12.48,8.71 respectively,P>0.05).The resistance rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to tetracycline was significantly different(χ^(2)=15.11,P<0.05).No strains resistant to spectinomycin had appeared as so far.Conclusion The resistances of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to penicillin,tetracycline,and ciprofloxacinare quite highly and they are no longer suitable for clinical treatment.Cephalosporins and spectinomycin can still be used for clinical treatment of gonorrhea.
