摘要 随着桥梁设计技术、施工工法的发展与进步,桥梁各种类型的高墩日渐增多。液压自爬模板系统因砼表面外观质量好;设置液压自爬装置,使模板及架体能自行爬升,无需配备其它起重设备,节约成本;施工速度快等优势,在高墩施工中得到了广泛使用。本文结合洞坡岭大桥双肢薄壁高墩的施工实践,对液压自爬升模板系统的设计、施工要点进行了详细的阐述,以期为该工法的设计技术及施工管理的进步提供些许借鉴。 With the development and progress of bridge design technology and construction method,various types of high piers are increasing day by day.The hydraulic self-climbing formwork system has the advantages of good concrete surface appearance;hydraulic self-climbing device is set up,so that the formwork and the frame body can climb by themselves,without the need for other lifting equipment,which saves costs;the construction speed is fast and other advantages,it has been widely used in the construction of high piers use.Combined with the construction practice of thin-walled high piers with double limbs of Dongpoling Bridge,this paper expounds the design and construction points of hydraulic self-climbing formwork system in detail,in order to provide some reference for the progress of design technology and construction management of this construction method.
