摘要
为提升现有物联网数据处理的安全性,设计基于边缘计算的物联网数据安全处理模型。构建基于边缘计算的物联网应用模型,在此模型中先后采用物联网数据消冗方法和差分隐私保护算法,去除重复的数据获取质量较好的数据后,对物联网数据进行隐私保护,实现基于边缘计算的物联网数据安全处理。经过测试,所构建模型的隐私保护预算值为0.6、决策树深度为6时,基于边缘计算的物联网数据信息泄露比最小,此条件下使用该模型后,基于边缘计算的物联网数据信息泄露比最大值从0.865降低为0.002,数据安全度明显提升。
In order to improve the security of the existing Internet of things(IoT)data processing,a data security processing model based on edge computing is designed.The application model of IoT based on edge computing is constructed.In this model,the data redundancy method and differential privacy protection algorithm are used to remove the repeated data to obtain the better quality data,realizing the privacy protection of the IoT,and then realizing the data security processing based on edge computing.After testing,when the budget value of privacy protection is 0.6 and the decision tree depth is 6,the data leakage ratio of IoT based on edge computing is the smallest.Under this condition,when the maximum value of the data leakage ratio of the IoT based on edge calculation is reduced from 0.865 to 0.002,the data security can be significantly improved.
