摘要
目的:探讨小细胞低色素贫血患者采用自拟益气补血、健脾补肾方联合右旋糖酐铁治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年8月~2020年8月我院收治的124例的小细胞低色素贫血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和参照组,各62例。两组均给予维生素C、促红细胞生成素等常规治疗,参照组给予右旋糖酐铁治疗,试验组在参照组基础上联合自拟益气补血、健脾补肾方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前、治疗2个月后血液指标水平、免疫功能指标水平、铁代谢指标水平。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显较与参照组高(P<0.05);治疗2个月后试验组血清Hb、PLT、Hct、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、水平和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值明显高于参照组,CD8^(+)水平明显低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗2个月后试验组血清铁、铁蛋白明显高于参照组,总铁结合力明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:小细胞低色素贫血患者采用自拟益气补血、健脾补肾方联合右旋糖酐铁治疗效果确切,可有效促进免疫功能及造血功能改善,促使机体铁代谢恢复及血红蛋白合成。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made prescriptions for invigorating qi and blood,strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney combined with iron dextran in patients with small cell hypochromic anemia.Methods:A total of 124 patients with small cell hypochromic anemia who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups(62 cases in the experimental group and 62 cases in the reference group)by random number table method.Both groups were given vitamin C,erythropoietin and other conventional treatments,the reference group was given iron dextran treatment,and the experimental group was treated with self-made Qi-Blood-Benefiting and Spleen-tonifying Recipe on the basis of the reference group.Compared the clinical efficacy,blood indicators before and 2 months after treatment[Hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT),hematocrit(Hct),serum ferritin(Serum ferritin,SF)]Levels,immune function indexes[mature T lymphocytes(CD3+),inducible T cells(CD4+),inhibitory T cells(CD8+),CD4+/CD8+]levels,iron metabolism indexes(serum iron,ferritin,total iron binding capacity)level between the two groups.Results:Compared with the reference group,the experimental group's total effective rate was higher(P<0.05);compared with the reference group,the experimental group's serum Hb,PLT,Hct,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+levels were higher,and CD8+ levels were lower(P<0.05);compared with the reference group,the experimental group had higher serum iron and ferritin and lower total iron binding capacity after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with small cell hypochromic anemia,the self-made prescription for replenishing qi and blood,strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney combined with iron dextran has a definite effect,which can effectively promote the improvement of immune function and hematopoietic function,and promote the body's iron metabolism recovery and hemoglobin synthesis.
