摘要
晋华宫矿井下给煤机操作点空间狭小,操作人员紧邻落煤点。为改善操作人员的工作环境,提高现场安全系数,晋华宫矿以3^(#)井下煤仓为试验点,运用可视化远程监控以及远程操控技术,将传统的就近液压操作模式改造成为远程可视化电控操作,取得了良好的效果,有效提升了现场安全系数。
The operating point of the underground coal feeder in Jinhuagong Mine has a narrow space,and the operators are close to the coal point.In order to improve the working environment of operators and improve the safety factor of the site,Jinhuagong Coal Mine takes the 3;coal bunker underground as the test site.By using visual remote monitoring and remote control technology,the traditional nearby hydraulic operation mode is transformed into remote visual electric control operation,which achieves good results and effectively improves the field safety factor.
