摘要
采用全自动索氏萃取仪/气相色谱–质谱法测定电子电气产品中的十溴二苯醚,对测量结果的不确定度进行评定,探讨影响测量准确度的关键因素。根据测定方法建立数学模型,分析整个测定过程中不确定度的来源,包括样品制备、标准溶液配制、标准工作曲线拟合以及测量重复性等因素引入的不确定度,计算各不确定度分量并合成得到相对扩展不确定度。当样品中十溴二苯醚的测定结果为530 mg/kg时,测定结果在95%置信区间时的相对扩展不确定度为0.075 8 (k=2)。结果表明,不确定度主要是由标准工作溶液配制、标准工作曲线拟合和样品重复测定引入,实验中应给予重点关注。
The measurement uncertainty of determination of decabromodiphenyl ether in electronic and electrical products by automatic Soxhlet extractor and GC–MS (gas chromatography) was evaluated,and the method of influencing measurement accuracy was discussed.Based on mathematical model,the uncertainty came from the factors such as sample preparation process,standard solution preparation,standard working curve fitting and measurement repeatability.Through calculating the uncertainty component,the relative standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were obtained.At the 95% confidence interval,when the determination of decabromodiphenyl ether in electronic and electrical products was 530 mg/kg,the relative extended uncertainty was 0.075 8 (k=2).The results show that the uncertainty is mainly introduced by the preparation of standard working solution,standard working curve fitting and repeated measurement of samples,which should be paid attention in the experiment.
