摘要
当前旅游业发展进入新的发展阶段,通航旅游已成为一种新的旅游发展形式。在大众旅游的背景下,本文通过梳理江西通航旅游产业的现状,总结在发展过程中存在的通航旅游总量偏小、专业人才缺乏、人才教育不足、存在安全风险、消费认知不足等问题。因此,本文提出做大通航旅游产品市场规模,加大通航旅游人才政策力度,振兴高校通航旅游专业教育,建立保障通航旅游安全系统,激发通航高端旅游消费动机,做强通航旅游产品品牌等对策,为江西通航旅游融合发展提供决策依据。
At present,the development of tourism has entered a new stage,and navigation tourism has become a new form of tourism development.In the context of mass tourism,by sorting out the current situation of Jiangxi’s navigation tourism,this article summarizes problems including the small total amount of arrivals of navigation tourism,lack of professional talents,insufficient talent education,safety risks,and insufficient consumption awareness and so on in the development process.Therefore,this article proposes to enlarge the market scale of navigation tourism products,strengthen the policy of navigation tourism talents,revitalize the professional education of navigation tourism in universities and colleges,establish a safety system to ensure the navigation tourism,stimulate the consumption motivation of navigation high-end tourism,and strengthen the brand of navigation tourism products to provide decisionmaking basis for the integrated development of Jiangxi’s navigation tourism.
