摘要 为详细分析既有线改造的技术问题,对西户铁路改造过程的重点进行了梳理。在研究既有铁路功能区位、线路条件、既有运营情况、沿线用地与交通现状等特征基础上,探讨了需求特征、行车组织、车辆与限界、线路方案、交通管理、工程方案、沿线开发等问题。研究结果表明,西户铁路改造为轨道交通具有可行性,改造部分全长33 km,总投资16.5亿元,初、近期为单线运营,远期拟增设双线,车辆采用6模块编组有轨电车,并通过交叉口信号控制、环境改造、用地开发等方式提升沿线环境。经分析研究,西户铁路改造对带动城市发展、满足沿线需求、优化环境有积极意义,部分控制点需进行工程改造、交叉口控制等措施。 In order to analyze in detail the technical problems in the existing line renovation,the key points of the Xi-Hu Railway reconstruction process are sorted out.Based on the study of existing railway function location,line conditions,existing operation,land use and traffic status along the line,this paper discusses the demand characteristics,train operation,vehicles and limits,route scheme,traffic management,engineering scheme and development along the line.The research results show that the Xi-Hu Railway renovation is feasible for rail transit,the renovated part covers a total 33 km with overall investment of 1.65 billion Yuan.The initial and recent operation will be in single line,and the long-term plan is to add a second line.The six-module trams are employed,and the environment along the line will be improved by means of intersection signal control,environmental promotion,and land development.The results of analysis and research show that the renovation of Xi-hu Railway has positive significance to promote urban development,meet the needs along the line,and optimize the environment.And some control points need to be upgraded and facilitated with intersection control.
