摘要
测绘仪器计量检定决定了最终的测绘结果质量,由于计量检定工作内容复杂,为满足用户多样化应用需求,设计测绘仪器计量检定自动化校准系统。基于反向传播,分析影响测绘仪器计量精度关键因素,利用非线性手段设计测绘仪器校准算法;确定系统开发基础条件,通过原始记录板块和数据处理中间件组成校准系统标准接口;利用接件、任务分配、录入、查询仪器、统计分析、取件六个板块完成计量检定校准系统自动化目标。实验结果表明,所提系统校准误差小,校准精度较高,可同步实现仪器校准、数据处理、证书出具等过程,有效增强了测量仪器计量检定校准整体水平。
The final quality of Surveying and mapping results is determined by the metrological verification of surveying and mapping instruments. Due to the complexity of metrological verification work, in order to meet the diversified application needs of users, the automatic calibration system of surveying and mapping instruments is designed. Based on the back propagation, the key factors affecting the measurement accuracy of surveying and mapping instruments are analyzed, and the calibration algorithm of Surveying and mapping instruments is designed by using non-linear means;the basic conditions of system development are determined,and the standard interface of calibration system is composed of the original record plate and the data processing middleware;the measurement verification and calibration is completed by using six parts, namely, receiving, task allocation, input, instrument query, statistical analysis and sample taking quasi system automation goal. The experimental results show that the proposed system has small calibration error and high calibration accuracy, which can realize the process of instrument calibration, data processing and certificate issuing simultaneously, and effectively enhance the overall level of measurement verification and calibration of measuring instruments.
