摘要 海南核电110 V直流电源LBA和LBB的电压监测系统频繁出现故障,原有的制造公司已经不再生产相关产品,导致设备出现故障后只能维修不能更换备件。由于部分模块的寿命已经达到运行年限,为了防止随时可能出现的设备故障,设计了一种新的基于FPGA的110 V直流监测系统,该系统具有和之前系统相同的监测功能,由于是自研设备,因此不存在无备件供应的情况,能够保证110 V直流监测系统在故障时能够及时得到维修。保证核电厂直流系统安全稳定运行,防止机组出现瞬态。 The voltage monitoring system of LBA and LBB of 110 V DC power supply of Hainan Nuclear Power Plant frequently fails, and the original manufacturing company no longer produces related products, resulting in that the equipment can only be repaired but not replaced after failure. Because the service life of some modules has reached the operating life, in order to prevent the possible equipment failure at any time, it designs a new 110 V DC detection system,which has the same monitoring function as the previous system. Because it is self-developed equipment, there is no supply of spare parts, which can ensure that the 110 V DC detection system can be timely repaired in case of failure.Ensure the safe and stable operation of DC system in nuclear power plant, and prevent the unit from transient.
