摘要
目的探究在对医学院呼吸内科学生实施教学时融入思维导图+纲要信号联合教学模式的重要性及意义。方法该次研究主要针对该院2017级临床医学五年制学生100名,征得研究对象同意后按照学生学号随机均分入两组,并分别予以不同模式教学。接受传统教学模式的50名学生所在组别为传统教学组,另外50名学生被纳入思维导图教学组,即接受思维导图+纲要信号联合教学模式。对比两种教学模式下学生对教学方法的评价及满意度、各项及综合测试得分。结果思维导图教学组学生的理论知识、临床实践及综合成绩明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(t=21.409、24.254、22.996,P<0.05);思维导图教学组学生对所接受教学模式的评价及满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对医学院学生实施呼吸内科教学时,融入思维导图+纲要信号联合教学模式具有重要意义,可促使学生的理论知识、实践能力的考核成绩提高,并符合当前医学生对相关医学知识学习的需求。
Objective To explore the importance and significance of incorporating the combined teaching mode of mind map+outline signal in the teaching of respiratory medicine students in medical school.Methods The study was mainly aimed at 100 five-year clinical medicine students of grade 2017 in the hospital.After obtaining the consent of the research subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups according to the students ID,and they were taught in different modes.The group of 50 students who accepted the traditional teaching mode became the traditional teaching group,and the other 50 students were included in the mind map teaching group,accepted the mind map+outline signal joint teaching mode.The students'evaluation and satisfaction with the teaching methods under the two teaching modes,and the statistics and comparison of the scores of various and comprehensive tests were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge,clinical practice and comprehensive scores of students in the mind map teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.409,24.254,22.996,P<0.05).The students in the mind map teaching group had higher evaluation and satisfaction with the teaching mode they received,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance to integrate the combined teaching mode of mind map+outline signal in the teaching of respiratory medicine to medical students.It can promote the improvement of students'theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and meet the needs of current medical students for the study of relevant medical knowledge.
