摘要
社区获得性肺炎(CAP)是全球高发病率、高病死率的疾病,是导致各年龄段人群死亡和住院的主要原因之一,极大地消耗了卫生、社会和经济资源。及时和适当的抗生素治疗对改善CAP患者的预后至关重要。β-内酰胺类药物联合大环内酯类药物治疗CAP的临床获益仍存争议。本研究对β-内酰胺类药物联合大环内酯类药物治疗成人CAP的进展进行综述。
Community acquired pneumonia(CAP)is a worldwide disease with the high incidence rate and high mortality,and it is one of the main causes leading to death and hospitalization among all age groups,which greatly consumes health,social and economic resources.Timely and appropriate antibiotic treatment is very important to improve the prognosis of CAP patients.The clinical benefit ofβ-lactams combined with macrolides still remains controversial in the treatment of CAP.This study reviewed the progress ofβ-lactams combined with macrolides in the treatment of adult patients with CAP.
