摘要
目的探讨微课结合案例式教学法在儿科临床带教中的应用。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月该院儿科接受传统教学的39名儿科实习生为对照组,选取2020年9月—2021年8月接受微课结合案例式教学法教学的39名儿科实习生为研究组,比较两组教学成绩,教学质量以及教学满意度。结果研究组教学成绩优良率为94.87%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.987,P<0.05)。研究组教学平均成绩(80.69±6.23)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.548,P<0.05)。研究组教学质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.152、11.102、12.444、20.993,P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度92.31%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.400,P<0.05)。结论微课结合案例式教学法在儿科临床带教中效果显著,可提高成绩、教学质量和教学满意度,具有应用的价值。
Objective To explore the application of micro-lecture combined with case-based teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching.Methods 39 pediatric interns who received traditional teaching in pediatrics of the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the control group,and 39 pediatric interns who received micro class combined with case teaching method from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study group.The teaching achievements,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of teaching achievement in the study group was 94.87%,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.987,P<0.05).The average score of teaching in the study group(80.69±6.23)points was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.548,P<0.05).The teaching quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.152,11.102,12.444,20.993,P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 92.31%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.400,P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-lecture combined with case-based teaching method has a significant effect in pediatric clinical teaching,can improve performance,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction,and has application value.
