摘要
股票回购是上市公司管理市值与资本结构的重要手段。我国的股票回购市场相较于发达国家发展较晚,制度规范与实践经验较为不足,股票回购的案例研究相对较少。本文以江苏为例,对租赁回购的动因进行剖析,并基于事件研究法对回购的市场效应进行分析。结果表明江苏租赁的回购行为短期内对市场效应产生了一定的正面影响。本研究可以为相关公司和部门调整经营提供借鉴。
Stock repurchase is an important means for listed companies to manage market value and capital structure.Compared with developed countries,my country's stock repurchase market has developed relatively late,with insufficient institutional norms and practical experience,and relatively few case studies of stock repurchase.Taking Jiangsu as an example,this paper analyzes the motivation of lease repurchase,and analyzes the market effect of repurchase based on the event research method.The results show that Jiangsu Leasing's repurchase behavior has a certain positive impact on the market effect in the short term.This study can provide reference for related companies and departments to adjust their operations.
