摘要
第一阶段使用SE-DEA模型对2013—2019年广东省科技创新效率进行评价,得出投入产出指标的偏移量,7年均达到DEA有效,但2016—2019年存在投入产出指标数据的偏移。第二个阶段将科技创新效率值作为自变量,将可能对科技创新效率产生影响的因素作为因变量建立回归模型,分析影响科技创新效率评价的因素,研究结果表明:R&D人员全时当量、R&D经费和地方财政科技拨款对科技创新效率评价的影响显著。
The first stage uses the SE-DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of science and technology inno⁃vation of 2013-2019 in Guangdong province,gets ranking result,including every year reached DEA effective.The second stage uses the Science&Technology Innovation Efficiency as independent factors and possible in⁃fluencing factors of science and technology innovation as dependent variables to establish regression model to analyze the important affecting factors of the regional economy.The results of the study show that:The influence of R&D personnel,R&D funding and local financial science and technology funding on regional eco⁃nomic development is significant.
