摘要
为了解决朱仙庄煤矿8煤顶板五含水害问题,提出了“帷幕截流,疏干开采”的治理思路,基于地面顺层孔注浆技术研究了大埋深、巨厚层、极强富水岩溶含水层帷幕截流技术,提出了双排平行错位布孔、内外交叉检验的钻孔方式以及前进式控压、多回次控量注浆的注浆控制工艺,运用“分序孔注浆指标对比分析—地面钻孔检查—井下放水验证”的三阶段质量检验方法验证了帷幕截流效果。结果表明:地面定向顺层孔注浆可实现煤矿大埋深、巨厚层、极强富水溶隙裂隙含水层的帷幕经济高效建造;注浆改造后的岩石抗压强度提高1.6MPa,孔隙率降低77.5%,弹性模量、密度也略有提高,透水率小于1Lu,注浆效果良好;放水验证帷幕过水量小于40m;/h,截流率大于98%,内外水位差大于350m,帷幕截流效果良好且运行稳定。
In order to control the water hazards of No.5 aquifer in the roof of No.8 coal seam the Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine,the idea of “curtain closure and drain mining” was put forward.The curtain closure technology based on ground bedding hole grouting in the large buried depth,extra-thick layer,and extremely strong water-rich karst aquifer is studied,and the drilling method of double-row parallel dislocation layout,internal and external cross-checking,and forward control is proposed.The grouting control process of low pressure and multiple controlled volume grouting uses a three-stage quality inspection method of “sequential hole grouting index comparative analysis-surface drilling inspection-dewatering test” to verify the curtain closure effect.The results show that the directional grouting along the bedding on the ground can realize the economic and efficient construction of curtains in coal mines with large buried depths,extra-thick layers,and extremely strong water-rich karst aquifer;the compressive strength of the rock after grouting is 1.6 MPa higher,and the pore rate is reduced by 77.5%,the elastic modulus and density are also slightly increased,the water permeability is less than 1 Lu,and the grouting effect is favorable;the water discharge verifies that the curtain flow rate is less than 40 m;/h,the interception rate is greater than 98%,the internal and external water level difference is greater than 350 m,and the curtain interception effect is good and stable.
