摘要
随着水泥生产设备向大型化、智能化方向发展以及水泥窑协同处置和替代燃料技术的发展,大型干法水泥窑对耐火材料的性能有了更高的要求。通过改变铁离子和铝离子存在状态,铁离子和铝离子能够与氧化镁形成原位尖晶石和连续或半连续的固溶体,可明显提高材料的高温性能,在普通镁铁铝尖晶石砖的基础上,以高纯致密镁砂为原料,与铁铝尖晶石配合制备了大型干法水泥窑用镁铁铝尖晶石砖。通过引入不同比例的铁铝尖晶石研究其对新型镁铁铝尖晶石砖性能的影响,结果证实引入6%大中颗粒的铁铝尖晶石时其综合性能最佳。
With the large-scale and intelligence development of cement production equipment and the development of collaborative disposal and alternative fuel technology of cement kiln,there are higher requirements for the performance of refractory materials in large-scale dry process cement kiln. By changing the existence state of iron ions and aluminum ions,the two irons can form in-situ spinel and continuous or semi-continuous solid solution with magnesium oxide,which can significantly improve the high-temperature performance of materials. On the basis of ordinary magnesia-spinel brick,magnesia-hercynite brick for large-scale dry process cement kiln was prepared by using highpurity dense magnesia as raw material and hercynite as aggregate. The effect of different proportion of hercynite spinels on the properties of new brick was studied,the comprehensive performance is optimal when introducing 6% hercynite brick in the form of large and medium particales.
