摘要
国内外电力企业运行经验和实践证明,调控一体化适应能源技术发展进步,符合电力生产业务发展规律。深化调控一体化是电力生产运行领域应对数字电网建设,推动生产组织模式优化,打造高效中台的关键,同时也是能源电力企业积极落实"双碳"目标,加快构建新型电力系统的内在要求。本文主要通过分析调控一体化在国家电网及南方电网的发展现状,全面探讨调控一体化推进过程中的技术路线、智能化技术应用、生产组织模式变化,立足南宁监控中心阐述超高压交流集控面临的新形势、新变革,并提出应对新型电力系统建设要求,需要提升的方面,从而进一步推动调控一体化深化应用。
The operational experience of domestic and foreign power enterprises has proved that the integration of regulation and control adapts to the development and progress of energy technology and conforms to the development pattern of power production business.Deepening regulation integration is the key to support the construction of digital power grid,optimize the production organization mode and create an efficient middle platform in the field of power production and operation.At the same time,it is also the inherent requirement for energy and power enterprises to actively pursue the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,as well as speed up the construction of a power network based on new energy.This paper primarily analyzes the development status of regulation and control integration in State Grid and China Southern Power Grid,and comprehensively discusses the technical route,the application of intelligent technology and the changes in production organization mode in the process of promoting regulation and control integration.Based on the Nanning Monitoring Center,the new situation and changes faced by the EHV AC centralized control are expounded.Aspects that need to be improved to meet the construction requirements of building a power network based on new energy are put forward,so as to promote further application of regulation and control integration.
