摘要
在新能源和电动汽车高渗透率的电力系统发展背景下,本研究充分考虑新能源和电动汽车的经济性、智能性等指标,建立了一种综合能源配电网评价体系。针对传统层次分析法存在赋权单一、不客观的问题,首先采用3标度法和特征向量法、几何平均法、算术平均法归一化赋权的组合算法对主观性指标赋权;其次利用熵权法对模型中客观性指标赋权;最后得到整体评价模型中各指标赋权值,通过主、客观指标赋权优化,可有效提高对多能源配电系统运行状态评估的可靠性和客观性。通过某新型综合能源小区电网的算例计算,验证了所提评价体系和方法的可行性和有效性。
Under the background of the development of electric power system with high permeability of new energy and electric vehicles,this paper fully considers the economic intelligence of new energy and electric vehicles,and establishes a comprehensive energy distribution network evaluation system.In view of the traditional ahp is empowering a single objective problem,at first,this paper uses the three scale method and the eigenvector method of geometry average arithmetic average normalized empowerment combination algorithm of subjective weighting,second use of entropy method of objective weighting in the model,finally get the whole evaluation model of weighting of each index,by the Lord The objective index weighting optimization can effectively improve the reliability and objectivity of the operation state evaluation of multi-energy distribution system.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation system and method are verified through the calculation of a new comprehensive energy community power grid.
