摘要
用盐酸与六次甲基四胺去镀层缓蚀液剥离钢丝表面镀层,无小气泡产生,反应停止,立即取出钢丝,用无水乙醇洗净,烘箱烘干,称重差减得出镀层重量。缓蚀液加热煮沸,冷却转移至容量瓶中,通过对分析测试线、剪取段数、试样缓蚀、方法准确度及精密度、加标回收、谱线干扰的研究,实验结果表明选择铝元素最佳谱线,锌基体打底,配制工作曲线,ICP-OES检测。该方法速度快,干扰少,准确度高。
The corrosion inhibitor of hydrochloric acid and hexamethylenetetramine was used to strip the coating on the surface of steel wire. When the reaction stopped, the steel wire was taken out immediately, washed with absolute ethanol, dried in an oven, and the weight of the coating was obtained by reducing the difference in weighing. The corrosion inhibitor solution was heated to boil, cooled and transferred to a volumetric flask. The experimental results showed that the best spectral line of aluminum element was selected, the zinc matrix was used as the backing, the working curve was prepared, and ICP-OES was used for detection. The method has the advantages of high speed, less interference and high accuracy.
