摘要
支气管扩张症属于中医学“肺络病”“咯血”“风咳”“肺痈”等疾病范畴,病机复杂,病理因素、合并症繁多,是临床治疗的一大难题。广州医科大学附属第一医院中医科张志敏教授根据多年临床经验,总结出采用“肺肠合治法”治疗支气管扩张症具有独特优势,自拟理肺清肠汤从肺肠而治。此文旨在探讨张教授对支气管扩张症的中医认识及治疗经验,发掘中医治疗此病的优势,为支气管扩张症提供新的治疗思路。
Bronchiectasis belongs to the category of “lung collateral disease”“hemoptysis”“wind cough”“lung carbuncle”in traditional Chinese medicine. The pathogenesis is complex,and there are many pathological factors and complications,which are major problems in clinical treatment. Professor Zhang Zhimin,from the department of traditional Chinese medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,based on many years of clinical experience,sums up the unique advantages of“lung and large intestine simultaneously method”in the treatment of bronchiectasis,and creates the Lifei Qingchang decoction. The purpose of this article is to discuss the treatment experience of Professor Zhang on bronchiectasis,explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis,and provide new ideas for the treatment of it.
