摘要
针对目前以信号集中监测系统、道岔缺口系统为主要产品形态的铁路信号设备监测系统存在的数据孤岛、监测不全面等问题,以及实现故障状态修的需求,提出基于物联网技术、数据统计技术、数据挖掘技术、专家规则技术构建铁路信号设备故障预测与健康管理系统,彻底解决数据孤岛的问题,为道岔转换设备、轨道电路、继电器、信号机、电源屏等关键信号设备提供监测、预警、统计分析、趋势分析、故障诊断、健康评估等功能,初步实现信号设备的故障预测与健康管理,加快实现铁路信号设备状态修的步伐。
Aiming at the problems of data island and incomplete monitoring contents of the railway signal equipment monitoring system, whose main products mainly include the centralized signal monitoring system and switch gap monitoring system, as well as the demand of on-condition maintenance, it is proposed that a prognostics and health management system of railway signal equipment be built by combining Internet of Things technology, data statistics technology, data mining technology and expert rule technology. This system can help solve the problem of data island completely, provide the functions of monitoring, early warning, statistical analysis, trend analysis,fault diagnosis and health assessment for key signal equipment such as switch conversion equipment, track circuit, relay, signal and power supply panel and preliminarily realize prognostics and health management of signal equipment, speeding up on-condition maintenance of railway signal equipment.
