复方芪鹰颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变患者SOD、MDA、8-OHdG的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Compound Qiying Granule on SOD,MDA and 8-OHdG of Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的探讨复方芪鹰颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)对氧化应激指标的影响及临床疗效。方法将65例患者采用随机信封方法分为2组。在常规降糖物治疗的基础上,治疗组(32例)口服复方芪鹰颗粒,对照组(33例)口服依帕司他,疗程12周。观察患者治疗前后超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-Hydroxy deoxyguanosine,8-OHdG)、临床症状、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、神经传导速度的改变。结果2组治疗后SOD含量均显著升高,MDA、8-OHdG含量均明显减少,且神经传导速度增快(P<0.05),但2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后均能改善患者临床症状、降低糖化血红蛋白水平,且2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗对空腹血糖均没影响。结论复方芪鹰颗粒可以通过抑制氧化应激加快神经传导速度、改善患者临床症状,且在降低糖化血红蛋白方面更有优势。 Objective To explore the influence of index of oxidative stress and clinical efficacy of compound Qiying granule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 65 patients were divided into 2 groups by using the random envelope method.On the basis of conventional treatment of hypoglycemic drugs,treatment group(32 cases)took compound Qiying granule,and the control group(33 cases)was treated with epalrestat.Both of them were treated 12 weeks.Change of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine acid(8-OHdG),clinical symptoms,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,nerve conduction velocity between pretherapy and post-treatment were observed.Results The content of SOD was significantly risen,the level of MDA and 8-OHdG was evidently reduced,and nerve conduction velocity was accelerate both the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),but they had no difference between treatment group and control group(P>0.05).The clinical symptoms of two group patients were improved,the level of glycated hemoglobin was lowered,and they had significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Both of two groups had no influence in fasting blood glucose.Conclusion Compound Qiying granule can speed up nerve conduction velocity through inhibiting oxidative stress,and this medicine has superiority in some aspects,such as alleviating symptoms and reducing glycated hemoglobin.
