摘要
简述氟苯尼考在水产养殖中的抗菌活性和耐药性,以及水产动物体内氟苯尼考的药代动力学,分析氟苯尼考对动物机体的急性毒性、免疫抑制,以及对水环境中的微生物及昆虫等造成影响。指出,与较早期的酰胺醇类药物相比,氟苯尼考具有高效、低毒的优点,但随着长时间的使用,一些致病菌对其逐渐产生了耐药性。提出,在水产养殖中,要合理规范使用氟苯尼考,才能有效保证其在水产病害防治中的科学性及在水产养殖中应用的安全性。
This review briefly introduced the antibacterial activity and resistance of florfenicol in aquaculture, as well as its pharmacokinetics in aquatic animals, and analyzed its acute toxicity, immunosuppression in aquatic animals, and its side effects on the microorganisms and insects in the water environment. This paper pointed out that florfenicol had the advantages of higher efficiency and lower toxicity compared with the earlier amphenicols drugs;however, some pathogenic bacteria might gradually develope resistance to it with with longterm use. This paper proposed that the rational use of florfenicol could effectively ensure its scientificity in the prevention and control of aquatic diseases and the safety of its application in aquaculture.
