围手术期慢病患者停药管理现状及临床医师认知倾向研究 被引量：2

摘要 随着现代化医疗技术的不断发展,全球手术数量逐步增长,随着我国逐渐步入老龄化社会,心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性疾病的发病率不断上升,越来越多的患者在接受外科手术时,需同时使用多种慢病维持治疗药物,如抗凝及抗血小板、激素类、免疫调节剂、降压、降脂和降糖等药物,可能会导致围术期凝血功能异常、体内激素水平失衡或与手术用药发生相互作用及不良反应,不利于患者围术期的治疗安全及术后康复。
