摘要
探讨基于计算机视觉与传感技术进行数据采集和神经元网络预测分析,建立一套有别于目前建筑行业传统的定额和点工计价的薪酬计算体系,该体系在劳务作业信息采集、识别过程中将综合劳动行为区分为主要劳动时长、辅助劳动时长和不完全劳动时长并分别计价,从而构建全新的“多劳多得”劳动薪酬计价模式。
This paper discusses the data acquisition and predictive analytics of neural network based on computer vision and sensing technology, and establishes a salary calculation system that is different from the traditional quota and day-work pricing in the construction industry. The system divides comprehensive labor behavior into main working hours, added working hours, and incomplete working hours, and valuates them separately, so as to build a new “more work, more pay” labor compensation pricing model.
