摘要
我国农业机械化技术不断进步,谷物联合收获机使用率不断提高,割台作为收获机重要装置对收获质量有显著影响,但国内传统收获机在收获作业中对割台智能化控制存在明显缺陷,导致实际工作中产生较高割台损失,严重限制高效低损收获机的发展,因此提高割台智能化水平以降低割台损失成为研究重点。结合割台结构及工作原理,通过对割台仿形和高度智能化控制、关键部件和割台整体运动参数智能控制研究分类评述。对于减小割台收获姿态造成的割台损失,提高割台仿形和高度控制响应速度及控制实时性,重点对比分析不同控制方式、测量方法、算法和控制方法的优点与不足。对于降低关键部件运动状态造成的割台损失,分类归纳割台关键部件及整体控制系统的部分组成与发展。同时,总结目前国内割台智能化研究的不足,阐述联合收获机自适应割台研究发展趋势,以期为优化割台结构,减少割台损失,提高谷物联合收获机智能化水平提供参考。
The agricultural mechanization technology in China continues to progress.The use rate of grain combine harvesters continues to increase.As an important device of the harvester,the cutting table has a significant impact on the quality of the harvest.However,the traditional harvesters in China have obvious defects in the intelligent control of the cutting table in the harvesting operation,resulting in high cutting table losses in practice,which seriously limits the development of high-efficiency and low-loss harvesters.It is necessary to improve the level of research in cutting table intelligence to reduce cutting table losses.The research on intelligent control of cutting table profiling and height,key components,and the overall motion parameters of the cutting table are reviewed in relation to the structure and working principle of the cutting table.The advantages and shortcomings of different control methods,measurement methods,algorithms,and control approaches are compared and analyzed in order to reduce cutting table losses caused by the harvesting posture of the cutting table and to improve the response speed and real-time control of cutting table profiling and height control.To reduce the loss of the cutting table caused by the motion state of key components,the components and development of the key components of the cutting table and the overall control system are classified and summarized.At the same time,the shortcomings of the current domestic research on cutting table intelligence are summarised,and the research development trend of the adaptive cutting table for combine harvesters is described,with a view to providing a reference for optimizing the structure of the cutting table,reducing cutting table losses and improving the intelligence level of grain combine harvesters.
