摘要
目的探究自拟芪丹失笑散治疗消化道溃疡的临床疗效。方法随机抽取2018年11月—2019年11月江西省上犹县中医院58例消化道溃疡患者,利用摸球法分为研究组(使用自拟芪丹失笑散治疗)与对照组(使用西药治疗)。对比2组的治疗效果。结果经治疗,对照组、研究组治疗总有效率为68.97%(20/29)、93.10%(27/29),研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者血清C-反应蛋白水平以及红细胞沉降率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率以及复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于使用西药治疗,对消化道溃疡患者采取自拟芪丹失笑散治疗,具有较为理想的临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量,降低患者不良反应发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qidan Shixiao powder in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods 58 patients with peptic ulcer from November 2018 to November 2019 in Shangyou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected and divided into study group(treated with self-made Qidan Shixiao powder)and control group(treated with western medicine).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of control group and study group was 68.97%(20/29)and 93.10%(27/29),and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The serum C-reactive protein level and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the use of western medicine,the self-made Qidan Shixiao powder in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer has ideal clinical efficacy,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
